About Us
McColl’s Travel is a long-established, family-run business with over 50 years’ experience in the bus industry.
We operate local bus services across Dumbarton, Clydebank and Kirkintilloch on behalf of SPT using a modern fleet of clean, reliable vehicles (most under 3 years old).
Our routes operate in quieter urban and rural areas, offering a more relaxed driving environment and a regular, friendly customer base.
The Role – Service Drivers
We are looking for PCV licence holders with current CPC qualification to operate local service routes.
This role focuses on scheduled service work, with consistent duties and stable rotas.
Pay & Working Patterns
- Early Shift Rota: £14.00 per hour (average 43 hours per week – approx. £600+ weekly)
- Backshift Rota: £15.00 per hour (average 36 hours per week)
Weekend Overtime
- Saturday & Sunday – £16.00 per hour
