We have a dedicated workforce to ensure we provide only the best for you, our customers. Here is some background to key members of our team:

William McColl

William McColl is the company Managing Director & founder. With his Certificate of Professional Competence and 30 Years experience in the trade, McColl’s would not exist without him.

Liam McColl

Liam McColl is the company Manager. He joined with his Father in 2002 after leaving School and his since introduced the company to technology and streamlining operations. In 2008 Liam took the roll of Manager and committed to improving services & expanding operations

John Gay

John Gay is the company Transport Manager. He joined in 2004 as bus driver from First Group Plc and has since worked his way to Transport Manager in 2008. Since then, John has also streamlined operations including to introduce new services & committed to making McColl’s the best in West Scotland.

Janet McColl

Janet McColl is also a company Director. Since our recent vast expansion in the last year, Janet has taken the roll of ensuring all our buses are clean, presentable & respectable to ensure all our customers have a comfortable & enjoyable journey.

Stephanie McColl

Stephanie McColl is the company Finance Manager. Stephanie joined in 2006 from the HBOS Group Plc as a Corporate Lending Services Advisor and is now responsible for Payroll and ensuring the company finances are in order.

George McGuinness

George McGuinness is in charge of Operations and works alongside John Gay. George joined the company in 1993 and has since worked as a Driver on many of our Services and following the increasing size of the company, George began to work alongside John Gay to ensure our level of service is met.

Edward McKinley

Edward McKinley is the Workshop Foreman and is responsible for the safety & maintenance of our entire fleet. Edward joined the company in 1990 as foreman and his continued to ensure our fleet meet the standards of the Vehicle Operators & Service Agency and more.

Colin Emery

Colin Emery is the Company Accountant and began working with us in 2000. Colin has over 25 years experience and is a Chartered Accountant.

Pauline Bonner

Pauline Bonner is the Company Secretary with various responsibilities from Accounts to Private Hire. Pauline joined the company in 2009 from an experienced background in admin and accountancy and has since made improvements to our current systems & is dedicated to her work

John Eagleson

John Eagleson is the newest member of the team and joined in 2009. John is in charge of Quality Control and worked with First Group Plc as a Depot Controller. John is now ensuring all our Services meets the standards set. John works closely with Operations and alongside George McGuinness to maintain & enhance the company’s reputation.
